LandSecs eyes £63m opportunity in EC3

The 13,940 sq m (150,000 sq ft) office building is let to the Institute of London Underwriters until 2011, but LandSecs has bought the EC3 address with an eye on a more comprehensive redevelopment of the surrounding buildings.
