Langham Park secures funds

Langham Park Developments has secured £12m from Royal Liver Assurance Society to speculatively develop a 167,000 sq ft distribution depot at a 14 acre former British Coal Training Centre, at Langham Park Distribution Park at Temple Normanton, Chesterfield.
