LaSalle acquires Amsterdam's €55m Luna Arena

LaSalle Investment Management has acquired the Luna Arena office building in Amsterdam for €55.6m (£49.2m) from Dutch real estate fund manager PingProperties.

LaSalle has acquired the Grade-A office building in the south east area of the Dutch capital for its Encore+ fund. LaSalle recently assumed the sole responsibility for the management of Encore+, which has been jointly managed by Aviva Investors and LaSalle for the previous twelve years. Luna Arena is the fourth Amsterdam asset acquired for the fund.
