LaSalle IM lands Admiral's global HQ

LaSalle Investment Management has acquired the Ty Admiral office building in Cardiff which serves as the global headquarters of motor insurance giant Admiral Group, for £90m.

The 14-storey office building on David Street in Cardiff was acquired from a fund managed by Amundi Real Estate for £90m and is let to Admiral subsidiary EUI on a long lease until 2039.
