LaSalle Investment Management has let two floors, totalling more than 36,000 sq ft, at Ibex House in the City of London.

The Fairtrade Foundation has taken 16,232 sq ft on the third floor for its HQ, on a 10 year lease with a break option at the fifth year. The rent has not been disclosed.

Law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse is taking a further 21,334 sq ft on the fifth floor, in addition to the 40,000 sq ft they already occupy in the building. Terms remain undisclosed.

The 1930’s art deco building at 42-47 Minories has been refurbished.
