Property Entrepreneurs have only one weekend left to secure their share of £30million in funding, as the entry period for the biggest business prize in real estate is drawing to a close.

There is one week left to enter the inaugural Property Week and Bank of Scotland Corporate Search for Property Entrepreneurs which closes on the 9 June.
The initiative will see three up-and-coming property moguls win up to £10 million each to invest in their business, helping realise their property dreams.

How it works

The Bank of Scotland £30 Million Search for Property Entrepreneurs is taking place over three UK territories - Scotland and the North of England; Midlands and East Anglia; South and Wales.

The winner will have demonstrated to Bank of Scotland Corporate that they demonstrate passion and a true entrepreneurial spirit.

After completing an entry form, short listed entrants will pitch their business strategy to a judging panel made up of some of the UK’s highest profile entrepreneurs, including Kevin McCabe, Chairman of Sheffield United.

Each group of finalists will then be invited to a prestigious event in their territory.

The winner of each of the three events will then go forward to a national final in December where the overall Bank of Scotland Corporate Property Entrepreneur of the Year will be named.

'This is a fantastic opportunity to win up to £10 million in funding - which can be drawn down over 18 months - and for the overall winner to win four days of mentoring with Nick Leslau.'

Entry Criteria

Bank of Scotland Corporate, Real Estate, is inviting applications from established property firms who meet specific entry criteria.

Applicants will be existing established businesses with a minimum current portfolio value of £5million or completed developments with aggregate gross development value of £10million. The applicants must also be based in the UK and driven by a highly motivated and able management team.
