Latimer acquires nine acre resi site in Cranleigh

Clarion Housing Group’s private development company Latimer has secured a nine acre site on which it will develop 54 new homes in Surrey.

Latimer will team up with Thakeham Homes for the redevelopment of the £25m GDV site in Cranleigh near Guildford that will deliver 38 homes for private sale, nine homes for shared ownership and seven homes for affordable rent on the land off Elmbridge Road. The homes will range from one-bedroom apartments through to four-bedroom family homes.
