The division’s profit soared from A$97.3m (£39.4m) to A$239m (£96.8m) in the year to 30 June, thanks to a strong performance by property development, which contributed A$128m (£51.8m), compared with the previous year’s loss of A$10.6m (£4.3m). This was thanks largely to the partial sale of Bluewater to Prudential.
