LEVERTON secures Savills Studley team up

US-based Savills Studley has signed a global partnership agreement with proptech company LEVERTON in the latest expansion of their augmented lease administration and portfolio planning platform.

LEVERTON will combine its AI-powered data extraction technology with Savills Studley’s Knowledge3 portfolio analysis technology designed for global real estate occupiers. LEVERTON’s app recognises and stores key property metrics from PDFs and forms and Knowledge3 translates the data collected into visuals that provide occupiers with a complete snapshot of real estate holdings.
