​Lewisham Council and Grainger to build 300 BTR homes

Lewisham Council and Grainger have launched a partnership to build 300 homes for rent at Besson Street in New Cross Gate.

The BTR-led development, which will be owned by a 50/50 joint venture between Grainger and the council called Lewisham Grainger Holdings, will comprise up to 300 purpose-built private rented homes, a new GP surgery & pharmacy, new office space for the New Cross Gate Trust and an outdoor gym.
