Deka Immobilien has exchanged on the purchase of a distribution centre being developed by Proptimize and Built to Build at Schiphol Logistics Park next to Amsterdam airport.

After completion, the asset will be added to the portfolio of the WestInvest TargetSelect Logistics sector fund
