Lipton’s CABE role probed

The probe comes amid concerns over Sir Stuart Lipton’s role as chairman of both CABE and developer Stanhope. It follows complaints about CABE’s treatment of the Stanhope planning applications for the redevelopment of South Kensington Tube station and the Croydon Gateway site in south London.
