Livingstone wants CrossRail to be extended Docklands

London mayor Ken Livingstone has backed Canary Wharf's bid to extend the trans-London CrossRail link to Docklands, rejecting warnings from the Corporation of London that the resulting costs and delays will jeopardise the scheme.
