London office rents falls slow

Declines in office rents in London have slowed in the second quarter, according to Jones Lang laSalle, which recorded a 7% fall in the cost of City office space. Prime headline rents remained at £75 per sq ft in the West End, but fell by 7.2% to £45 per sq ft in the City and by 5.9% to £40 per sq ft in the Docklands area.
