London office take up reaches highest level in four years

Office take-up in London reached 14.61m sq ft last year, 14% higher than the long-term average and the highest level since 2014 according to Knight Frank.

The city defied warnings about the impact Brexit would have on the sector, as take up in 2018 was more than 5% higher than 2017.
