London office take-up rockets by 20% in 2018

Central London office takeup grew by a “surprisingly strong” 20% in 2018.

According to Gerald Eve’s latest London Markets report, 15.8m sq ft of office space was let last year, a 19.9% increase on 2017, with a further 2.4m sq ft still under offer.
