Developer London Square has secured planning permission for a new mixed-use scheme in Neasden where it is set to deliver 121 homes and more than 23,000 sq ft of flexible commercial space.
The new scheme, which will feature 25 affordable homes, will be built on the site of the former Veetec Motor Group on Neasden Lane. Designed by Assael Architecture, each apartment will include its own outside space located close to Neasden Station on the Jubilee line. Work is due to commence on the scheme in May.
