LondonMetric lets 120,000 sq ft warehouse in Tyseley

LondonMetric Property has exchanged contracts with a global retail company on a 15 year lease of 120,000 sq ft at its Tyseley development near Birmingham.

The deal, which was struck at an annual rent of £1.6m, subject to upward only inflation linked rent reviews, marks the completion of the development scheme, which will now extend to more than 250,000 sq ft.
