Northern Irish investor Lotus Property has acquired a 1.3m sq ft portfolio of assets spanning industrial, retail and residential across Scotland for a total of £60m.
The portfolio comprises 45 properties predominantly located in the Dundee area, with 60% of the assets in the industrial and logistics sector and the remainder split across mixed-use, retail, leisure and resi.
The lead asset in the portfolio is a significant mixed-use redevelopment scheme at West Marketgait which is multi-let to tenants including Travelodge, Pure Gym, Grosvenor Casinos and Tesco across several acres in the city centre of Dundee.
