International law firm Lovells has been instructed to advise Equitable Life Assurance Society on its £778m property portfolio.
The Lovells real estate team, led by partners Victoria Sutcliffe and Nicholas Cheffings, will advise on all real estate matters following a competitive tender process.
‘We’re delighted to be instructed by this prestigious client and to expand our institutional client base,’ said Cheffings.
Lovells’ clients last year included Argent on it’s £2b regeneration project at Kings’ Cross, Ballymore on its 1 Millharbour residential development in London’s Docklands and the BBC on its relocation to the mediacity:uk scheme in Salford, Manchester.
