Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Industrial Agents Society chair Steve Williams, formerly of Atisreal, as a director in its industrial team, along with two other senior appointments in its regional offices.

It has also hired Andrew McGahey of Savills as head of its Cambridge office and Paul Smith from DTZ as head of its Milton Keynes office.

Williams has been appointed with a remit to grow LSH’s national client base, alongside national head of industrial and logistics, Michael Alderton.

Alderton said: ‘Steve’s appointment will strengthen our national industrial team, complementing and expanding our market leading service to clients.’

McGahey, who joins from Savills’ Cambridge office where he was head of investment, will start at LSH in February. Smith will join LSH on 12 January.

Former head of the Cambridge office Andrew Gordon will focus now on developing LSH’s share of the corporate and public sector markets in the region.

Former head of the Milton Keynes office John Fowler will focus on lease advisory and valuation.

Ian Kibble, LSH regional director for the East region, said LSH was showing ‘fortitude’ in making the appointments now.
