Lambert Smith Hampton will offer a development site with a guide price of £5m at an online auction on 23 April.
The site, known as Angelgate, is located in Manchester’s Northern Gateway. It spans 1.96 acres and is currently vacant, but has planning consent for a mixed-use development.
In 2013, the site’s owner was granted planning permission for a £77m development of two buildings comprising 344 flats, 274 car parking spaces and a courtyard. LSH said the new buyer could potentially apply for a scheme of higher density.
