Pharmaceuticals group Steifel has taken 49,000 sq ft at Luminaire in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Stiefel will pay around £32.50/sq ft for the building, which is owned by Exton Estates and Royal London Asset Management.

It is thought that the deal signed last night. It follows the conclusion of a number of major lettings in the M4 corridor over the last few weeks, including PGS taking 73,000 sq ft at Prupim’s The Heights scheme in Weybridge, Surrey.

Strutt & Parker and Lambert Smith Hampton advised Exton Estates and Royal London Asset Management, and American agent Campbell Group Property advised Stiefel; Knight Frank acted for PGS and CB Richard Ellis and King Sturge advised Prupim.
