M7 Real Estate has acquired a portfolio of six office and logistics assets for its M7 Real Estate Investment Partners VI fund for a total of £22.4m.
The acquired assets total 1m sq ft and comprise three offices in Liverpool, Stirling and Glasgow, and three logistics assets in Barnsley, Workington and Inverclyde. Acquired for a net initial yield of 10.6%, the properties have limited vacancy but provide significant accessible reversion.
