M7 agrees green partnership with EV charging firm

Eugenie EV chargers

M7 Real Estate has agreed a “forward thinking” partnership with Engenie to install electric vehicle (EV) rapid chargers across its out of town retail portfolio.

Property Week can reveal that the initially 15-year partnership, a first between a retail landlord and EV charger manufacturer on a profit share model, will see Engenie install ‘rapid chargers’ across 582,098 sq ft of retail warehouse car parks. If fully utilised is estimated to remove more than 2.5 tonnes of NOx from UK roads.
