M7 closes retail warehouse fund with five new assets

M7 Real Estate has closed its retail warehouse fund following the acquisition of five assets totalling £24.8m reflecting an 8% net initial yield.

The warehouses comprise a total 191,136 sq ft located across the UK in Leeds, Gateshead, Worksop, Stafford and Shipley.
