The Nicholsons Centre in Maidenhead, Berkshire has entered receivership after it became unable meet its financial obligations.
Receivers BDO have been appointed to the centre, which was bought by hedge fund Cheyne Capital and asset manager Vixcroft for £37m in 2015. Ellandi replaced Vixcroft as asset manager of the centre in 2017 and is continuing to advise the receivers.
