Major north east letting sees Premofab move to Clearbell's Lingfield Point

Clearbell Capital has let 132,000 sq ft of warehousing space at Lingfield Point in Darlington to Premofab in one of the North East’s biggest lettings of the year.

Agreed on behalf of a fund managed by Clearbell, the three-year deal sees the sheet metal work fabrication join existing tenants the Student Loans Company Darlington Borough Council, the NHS and Capita at the 90 acre business park located close to Durham Tees Valley International Airport.
