Make Architects has won a competition for the design of EDC’s headquarter building in Germany.

The architecture firm is to design a 344,448 sq ft sq ft office for EDC, a division of global retailer Esprit, in the central business district of Ratingen city near Dusseldorf.

The building will be constructed on an 86,112 sq ft site opposite the company’s current headquarters.
