Manchester firms team up for £50m Southport buy

modus Properties, led by Brendan Flood and private investment company PJKI teamed up to buy the 190,000 sq ft (17,651 sq m) centre from Peveril Securities, a subsidiary of the Bowmer and Kirkland Group.
