M&G secures ServiceNow as final tenant at Staines Strata

M&G Real Estate has agreed a deal with American cloud computing company ServiceNow to take the final 10,056 sq ft at its Strata office building in Staines.

The building, which spans 90,000 sq ft, is now fully let after ServiceNow signed for an enhanced letting at £35/sq ft on a 6.5 year lease from August 2019, Property Week can reveal. ServiceNow previously occupied 60,000 sq ft at the building across the ground and first floors of the building for its UK base as a software-as-a-service provider providing technical management support to the IT operations of large corporations.
