Marks & Spencer is to open its Irish flagship store at the Pavilions at Swords in Dublin.
Chartered Land, which is developing the third phase of the scheme confirmed today it had agreed heads of terms with the retailer to be its anchor tenant.
M&S will occupy 130,000 sq ft at the scheme, its largest in Ireland. The completion of the third phase of the Pavilions at Swords will bring the total size of the centre to more than 1m sq ft.
Phase two of the scheme will complete by March next year. Tenants such as Zara, Tommy Hilfiger and the Body Shop have already signed up to take space.
