M&S headquarters hits the market

Waterside House

The Marks and Spencer’s let Waterside House has been put on the market by owner Gaw Capital.

CBRE and Eastdil Secured have been appointed to oversee the sale of the 237,801 sq ft building in London’s Paddington Basin. Gaw Capital is seeking a base price on the passing rent which reflects a net initial yield of 4.5%, plus a second tranche payment following settlement of an imminent rent review.
