Savills has boosted its London residential team with the appointment of Marsh & Parsons founder Liza-Jane Kelly.
Kelly will head up the prime core market sales team at Savills. She brings 20 years’ estate agency experience in the capital, having co-founded Marsh & Parsons in 2005 and served as sales director and equity partner until 2017.
She left Marsh & Parsons last May to “pursue other career opportunities”. Kelly started her career with Ireland’s largest estate agent, Sherry Fitzgerald, which subsequently backed Peter Rollings’ purchase of Marsh & Parsons.
In her new role at Savills she will be working with and evolving existing teams, concentrating on core prime markets across 35 London offices.
