Matrix buys IBM’s European headquarters

Matrix has made its first investment in France with the purchase of IBM’s European headquarters at La Gaude outside Nice. It has paid a joint venture between Stam and Westbrook €35m (£24.3m) for the four offices IBM occupies, which cover 452,090 sq ft (42,000 sq m).
