Matrix European Real Estate Investment Trust said this week the value of its portfolio fell 4.5% to €611m in the second half of the year. Valuation increases in Lyon and Leiden were offset by a “substantial” decline in the value of the Europort property in Frankfurt, where vacancies rose.
