Mayfair buys two offices in South East for £34m

Clarendon Road Watford

Mayfair Capital Investment Management has acquired two office properties in Watford and Brentwood from Boultbee Brooks Real Estate for £34m on behalf of its Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH).

In Watford, it has acquired 36 Clarendon Road, a new office let to Salmon, a subsidiary of WPP, for 15 years with a tenant break at nine for £14.5m, reflecting a yield of 5.5%
