Mayfair Capital’s PITCH spends £35m on South East retail warehouses

Mayfair Capital’s Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH) has completed £35m of retail warehouse acquisitions, comprising two parks in Bedford and Milton Keynes, increasing the fund’s weighting to the sector to 15%.
