McAleer & Rushe was today granted planning consent for a £45m mixed-use scheme in Bradford.
The 227,000 sq ft office and hotel scheme, which has been made viable through prelets to FTSE 250 loans company Provident Financial and hotel chain Jury’s Inn, was given consent by Bradford City Council.
McAleer & Rushe will build a 220-bedroom hotel and a 117,000 sq ft office building on the 1.2 acre site at Godwin Street in the city, as revealed by Property Week in January (15.01.09).
Provident Financial is moving its headquarters from a 1960s building on Sunbridge Road.
Knight Frank advises McAleer & Rushe.
