Deloitte has agreed to make McAleer and Rushe’s new Bedford Square development in Belfast its new Northern Irish headquarters having signed for 100,000 sq ft to consolidate its offices in the principality.
The firm will become the anchor tenant at the £85m redevelopment scheme which will provide a total 213,000 sq ft of office space on Bedford Street in the city centre of Belfast.
Staff based at the company’s other offices in Belfast will all move to Bedford Square, which will become Deloitte’s largest UK office by headcount outside of London once completed by 2021. The company expects to have 1,000 staff in Belfast by 2022, including a focus on recruitment in cloud, digital analytics, cybersecurity specialists.
