MEPC banks on Bedfont Lakes

The company is building three office buildings, totalling 2a4,150 sq m (260,000 sq ft) around a central landscape. The scheme, called Lakeshore, has been designed by Aukett Associates and overlooks the 76ha (188 acre) public park at Bedfont. The buildings, project-managed by Rutland Management, will be completed next year.
