MEPC has secured Talaris, the leading cash handling company, to take a new headquarters at Chineham Park in Basingstoke.
Talaris, part of the Carlyle Group, will move to the 11,000 sq ft South 60 building, joining tenants like Motorola and Canon at Chineham.
Rick de Blaby, chief executive at MEPC, said: ‘Amid current market conditions, letting activity remains buoyant on our estates. We invest in quality buildings and they are proving popular as head office sites for many customers.’
MEPC is also planning to launch its Central 40 office building in the next few weeks, based on the strong activity at the park.
MEPC is advised at Chineham Park by Hollis Hockley and Knight Frank.
