Merriman gets green light to kick off resi-led Wadebridge FC development

Cornwall Council planning officers have recommended Merriman’s plans to develop 143 homes and replacement sports facilities at Wadebridge Town Football Club.

However, Sport England’s objection to the proposals could see plans to build the new homes at the current ground of the South West Peninsula League Division One West football club sent to the government for a final decision.
