Metropole shortlist chosen

The Crown Estate has picked a shortlist of four to develop the Metropole hotel site near London’s Trafalgar Square: Stanhope, backed by Singapore-based real estate company CapitaLand; Exemplar with MSREF; Australian residential developer Modern City Living with contractor Lustig & Moar, funded by Macquarie Bank; and Irish developer Ballymore.
