Tishman Speyer has sold an office complex in Dusseldorf, Germany to Spanish company Metrovacesa.
The US developer and investor sold the Deutsche Bank Carree complex on Konigsallee or an undisclosed amount.
Tishman bought the 581,000 sq ft scheme, which consists of seven connected buildings, in 2005 and carried out a refurbishment of the building.
Around 70% of the scheme is let to Deutsche Bank and the rest is let to tenants such as Eurohypo, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, and Lang & Schwarz Wertpapierhandelsbank.
Metrovacesa is headquartered in Madrid and is one of the 10 largest property investors in Europe.
Since it was founded in 1978 Tishman Speyer has bought or developed a portfolio comprising more than 100m sq ft of commercial space valued at more than €35bn (£25bn).
