M&G forward funds Ashall's Middlebrough regeneration project

Developer Ashall Projects has secured a £22m deal with M&G Investments to forward fund the delivery of its office-led Centre Square regeneration project in Middlesbrough.

M&G will provide more than £22m for the acquisition of a long leasehold interest in the site and to forward fund the development which will comprise of 210,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, enhanced public realm and additional food and beverage outlets.
