M&G Real Estate has made a major investment in Scotland by acquiring the four-acre The Haymarket development site which has a gross development value of £280m.
Acquired from Interserve for £49m, M&G has pledged to move forward the long-delayed mixed-use development site which has planning permission for three grade A office buildings totalling 350,000 sq ft, 40,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, a 190-room hotel and a 172-room aparthotel.
