A MGPA joint venture has agreed a 17,700m2 lease at its Logiffine logistics park development in Lille, France.
Geodis Logistics, owned by the SNCF Group, has signed a nine year lease at the park in Hem, near the northern French city of Lille.
The deal completes the letting of Logiffine, a 42,600m2 property owned by private equity real estate firm MGPA and French logistics developer Concerto European Developer.
Logiffine includes seven warehouse cells, around 1,500m2 of office space, and 41 loading bays. It is close to two major motorways in the north of France, the A22 and A27. The park is also let to 18,600sqm to Simastock (18,600m2) and 6,300sqm to Publidispatch (6,300m2).
MGPA and French logistics developer Concerto European Developer teamed up in 2006 to build logistics facilities in France. They also own an 18,500m2 park in Montéléger near Valence, southern France. The property is 33% let.
