Almost 800 leading players from the industry attended the Microscope Ball at the Hilton, Park Lane.
The ball, which is the flagship event for Muscular Dystrophy UK is its single highest grossing fundraiser.
This year’s theme was Hollywood and the event raised a staggering £382,000, a microscope ball record.
The live auction on the night raised £47,500. One of the prizes was a Ben Mosely painting, which went for £15k.
