Mill Group and Abode Impact plan £400m fund to build wheelchair-friendly homes in private rented sector.

Property Week can reveal that Mill Group, founded and run by David Toplas, is joining forces with accessible housing group Abode Impact to launch the fund in the coming weeks.

The fund is seeking between £200m and £400m to invest in one- and two-bed new-build homes in outer London and regional towns and cities such as Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Milton Keynes.
